I think that's something you have to decide yourself rs..

have you lost a lot ? do you have big patches ? ..you have to find your comfort
zone in a situation that is really awful for you .

40% is gone in 2 weeks.
This isn't fixable without doing anything this drastic.

so I'm doing it. now.

Yes, on his justin.tv channel. The reason was that the word is "overused". So instead of seeing lol all the time we were seeing *** all the time. >.>

Im like that screaming at the TV only cos I am a referee as well at junior level rugby and I pick up on things which the referee should but doesn't. I've been playing for the last 14 years and my body is starting to feel the years on it

this is the problem with doing anything ..you pay for it later  ;)

I have trained to some degree all  my life ...my right knee is now shot to pieces and both my ankles have had it ...

you would think that fitness would stand you in good stead wouldn't you , for later years ...oh no ....haha

but then rugby isnt exactly a calm shake hands kind of game is it  8)  your all crazy

yeah there aint much of a comeback for the knees and ankles once you have damaged them ..

if i do a lot of walking ( I don't drive) , I am usually limping by the time I get home  :'(

I wanted to be a fitness instructor for years ,...and I used to have people come to my house to do reebok step ., I was doing it daily , thats when I noticed it had taken its toll ...

due to the fact that I could barely walk  :D :D :D :D
