btw just checked the time when the servers would start and i noticed that the server names where:

Atomos / Bahamut / Chocobo / Moogle / Tonberry

anyway the time the server start:

February 25, 2013, from 1:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (PST)
February 25, 2013, from 4:00 a.m. to February 26, 2013 2:00 a.m. (EST)
February 25, 2013, from 9:00 a.m. to February 26, 2013 7:00 a.m. (GMT)

i am GMT +1 so for me it will be 10:00 today/tomorrow ;D

Anyway, then i guess we take the Chocobo server?

Oh well going to work now, I just left the updater on to finish the download. I already know I'll play the Character Creation for hours ;D
Will probably be my most favourite game as well. Might joing in activly during Phase 2, as I want to help out with the gamepad tests. Seeming how that will be my main input device. Never been one to memorize and get the hang of playing such games with a keyboard :P

Guys keep in mind the non disclosure agreement you signed. This nda seems to go pretty far as people are even debating whether saying your in the beta is already a breach or not.  ::)

The short version of the NDA would be that ANY INFORAMTION which you could only know by reading on the beta forum or from ingame can't be discused outside of the beta forum.

Now we are legacy members so there's no point in hiding the fact that we got in, but apart from picking the server and maybe even posting on which time your going to play (so we can group up) I'd rather not have any other message on this forum. Its for your own safety and the safety of the forum in general ;)

Just issue an ticket on the beta forum and report the guy. I'd give him 1 hour before his account will be suspended forever >:D He won't be the first nor the last to try it. Seen people do it during the Alpha as well, but didn't took SE long to close there acounts and issue an ticket to the streaming service to remove any remaining the content :P

Any idea when the beta will end? And how do you become a Legacy member? I guess only those who played the original FFXIV are Legacy members.

To become Legacy Member you had to pay for 90 days of gametime in the original FFXIV 1.0. Of course now it isn't possible anymore to become Legacy Member.

IIRC every phase last from 1 to 4 weeks~ and there are 4 phases.

Guess the beta ends way before my summer vacation. It seems my plan to no-life the game when my vacation starts has failed. Oh well, playing Friday-Sunday for a few hours every day isn't bad, either.

The assumption is that when the BETA ends in a huge success (so no major rework as result) that FFXIV:ARR will be released somewhere mid-late summer. So yea playing the beta during the summer vacation probably won't work, if we're really lucky we'll might end up playing the actual game though.
