I have no intention whatsoever to change server. The game is perfectly playable and the prospective of a slightly reduced ping doesn't make the hassle to migrate server (an empty one too) worth for me.
I was just happy to see SE doing something for EU.

As it says they are currently building a physical data center for EU for us to connect to instead of NA/JP.
tl;dr: server for EUropeans -> better connections.
