ZERO, si it seems that Steal acts like this :

1. Use a random number for nothing (if you found the use of that number, please let me know

)

2. Use a random number for rare item : if this number is < 3 (mod 100) then you have the rare item

If 2nd step failed then :

3. Use a random number for uncommon item : if this number is < 10 (mod 100) then you have the uncommon item

If 3rd step failed then :

4. Use a random number for common item : if this number is < 55 (mod 100) then you have the common item

Does the game use 4 random numbers when you have the rare item. I think in this case it uses only 2 numbers, but since I have not tested RNG steals I just wanna be sure
