I mostly like the Earth Yarhi. They have the highest Defense out of all the other Yahri.(Golem mostly)

She's always the first one I go for. Nothing like Mighty Guard to make the hardest missions in the beginning taste like cake.

Then there's Leviathan, Gilgamesh, Bahamut and Mateus. Always great choices.

the shiva trio, stop is SO usefull and shivar and shiva can use them, as for shivan, it's just cute

also Raiden, a flying that can cause silence is amazing
