Title: Parkour and Freerunning?
Post by: ElliotMajor on January 15, 2009, 09:13:34 PM
Hey, I have been free running for a while now, I have recently decided to change to parkour. I was wondering if anyone else did these?

I don't but is kinda cool to see people jumping from kinda high places without getting hurt and then they just start running again.

Yeah, although it can get painful if you miss something XD
Glass in hands isn't fun.

Don't you wrap a Jumper or something around your hands if your in a glassy or sharp area?

I tend to to run in glassy areas, its just that there's places you don't expect.
I tend to sue thick leather fingerless gloves when im forced into a glassy area

I'm not amazing at parkour, but I do it sometimes. This takes A LOT of upper body strength. Right now I do wall dips for exercise, and a pop vault. That's about it. Besides I can jump kinda far :P I want to do this better though. It's a rush.
