Thats because the layout of the airport is almost identically to a real airport. So there was a huge fuss about it. people complain alot these days. My parents started complaining about me playing GTA IV. And not just about the random killing btw, also how i was fleeing from the police. Apparently i drove over to many pedestrians ;D

@Blade: My friend Jack is getting Modern Warfare 2 in five days and Left 4 Dead 2( Or as I like to call it, Left 2 Die) in 12 days so I'll tell you all how good they are and how violent they are.

well i bought Modern Warfare 2 and i played the controversal airport level

yea  it was pretty brutal. you play as a terrorist and slaughter everyone in there

i didn't think it was that bad, i can see why some people might find it offensive though

Played MW2 all night Tuesday night. Jack and I pulled an all nighter and had a 7000 point knifefight in the airport. Took six hours.

This game is amazing :) this upcoming Friday you'll all get my review of LFD2 :D

Keyblade, trust me, don't... The only other shooters that are worth your time are the horrors like Dead Space and Doom. The others are decidedly shallow or infuriatingly realistic (but you never know realism could be to your liking).

Hahaha, Dead Space would be so scary if it was real. But going back to Modern Warfare Two, it could also be argued that the part in the game where

is violent. I mean if you think about it, the things in the Modern Warfare games is partially taken from real life. They are just ideas that people can think up due to the surroundings they see. The airport level is just a representation of how the world is behaving. I think that it would be wrong to thrust those beliefs into a title for a minor to play, but Modern Warfare Two is for a Mature audience (Years 18+) who knows not to do this.

It has. My friend has it, I might get it later.

Most of the games I play aren't very violent or gory (Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Super Mario, Pokemon, Sonic, Legend of Zelda, Disgaea). I don't really mind games that are though, as long as it doesn't seem the main reason for most of a game's "Awesome". I'm actually kind of odd though since gore, blood, & guts don't bother me one bit but a bone, needle, or anything of the like sticking out or into the skin makes me queasy.

Violence my ***

Too violent? Then simple put it down, simple as that...

But yeah,Mw2 isn't bad.I'd still prefer the Killzone and Resistance series, the Airport mission was nothing un-ordinary or 'offensive',people who complain about this kinda thing need to realize they're beating a dead... Donkey?  :P

Beat campaign on L4D2 and COD: MW2.

My ratings:
