Lulu is a player character in Final Fantasy X and a non-playable character in Final Fantasy X-2. She is one of Yuna's guardians and grew up with her and Wakka on Besaid. Lulu appears to players as having a stoic and somewhat insensitive nature at times, but she is shown to be gentle at times.

Story
Abilities
Lulu is a full time Black Mage. She learns nearly all of the black magic spells in the game through her Sphere Grid. She somehow also has the power to possess dolls which she uses as her main weapons. She has high defense, magic, magic defense and evasion; but lacks in other stats. She starts out with all basic black magic spells.
Lulu's Sphere Grid Skills
- Fire: Deals fire magic damage
- Blizzard: Deals ice magic damage
- Thunder: Deals lightning magic damage
- Water: Deals water magic damage
- Focus: Raises all party members magic and magic defense.
- Fira: Deals heavy fire magic damage
- Blizzara: Deals heavy ice magic damage
- Thundara: Deals heavy lightning magic damage
- Watera: Deals heavy water magic damage
- Reflex: Raises all party members evasion
- Bio: Inflicts Poison on one foe
- Demi: Reduces HP of all foes by 1/4
- Death: Instantly kill one foe.
- Firaga: Deals massive fire magic damage
- Blizzaga: Deals massive blizzard magic damage
- Thundaga: Deals massive thunder magic damage
- Waterga: Deals massive water magic damage
- Doublecast: Cast two black magic spells in one turn.
- Flare: Deals massive non-elemental damage
Overdrive
Lulu's overdrive is called Fury. It allows her to cast any black magic spell she has in her possession and unleash a barrage of the spell on all enemies. On choosing a spell, you have four seconds to rotate the right analogue stick as many times as possible. Each successful rotation adds to the Fury counter. When time runs out, Lulu will cast the spell based on how many times you rotated the right analogue stick.
