Ricard Highwind

Ricard Highwind (or Richard/Gareth in other versions/translations of the game) is one of the temporary playable characters in Final Fantasy II. He is the last of the Dragoons of Diest due to being stuck inside Leviathan when he went to search for the Ultima Tome. He meets Firion, Maria and Guy after being swallowed up by Leviathan as well, and joins the party after learning they are looking for the Ultima Tome as well. Ricard is also a full playable character in versions with Souls of Rebirth.
