Is it possible to change Emails?

I only ask because about this time last year, I changed the email I have on here (Princearuthra) as it became hacked and sent out viruses to everyone, and consequently became blocked.

I now have a new email, and have done since then, but is it possible just to go to the CP and change the Email there, therefore meaning I'd need to log in with my newer email?

UserCp -> My Account Information -> Email

I believe you should be able to change it there yourself, which then should also become your new login name. I'm not certain since I'm an admin and thus automatically have the rights to change it, but I believe you should be able to do it yourself there as well.

Okay, I've successfully changed my email, but one last question. Will my email notifications such as PM's and Topic Subscriptions come to this new email?

They should arrive at your new email account, every time one of those emails get made they use the variable which you've just updated.
