Well I decided to do this poll for several reasons.
One is that over the past year people have had broken PS 2's or report they no longer have one. I have also noticed that a lot of members don't necessarily have the newer generation consoles yet. These are expensive.
While a lot of RPG players have older classic consoles, I'm trying to get a sense of what people are playing in terms of the newer gen machines,. When I started Last Remnant I expected to see a lot of people on FFTogether playing it and nobody else was. A few people have picked it up now, but not really very many. Few have also played Infinite Undiscovery. There are a dozen or so people who have reported buying/playing Dissidia, but again, not a huge number of people. I'm thinking there won't be many people who will be able to get FFXIII when it is released, either because of the cost of the game or they don't have a newer gen console.
It's something for us to think about, as we move forward on fftogether.
