Don't forget Cerberus! Has anyone mentioned Gilgamesh?

When the darkness of the Abyss threatens the world, the Phoenix will rise amidst a whirlwind of fire and light.

Whisperer: Sometimes there is a very good reason to fear the dark.

I thought Cerberus made only one appearance in FFVIII...

Gilgamesh has made many appearances as well and I hope he appears in XIII.  :)

As we speak I'm fighting horrible level 100 Malboros in FFVIII. They are definitely the biggest, nastiest version of a classic FF enemy here than in any of the other games I've played. And there is no Ribbon unless you have a Pocket Station. You get hit right away with Blind, Berserk, Confuse, Sleep, Break and Poison. The Status Effect defense junctions don't always block either.

Oh geez, now that you mention it, I think I had horrible experiences with them.

It's been a very long time since I played FFVIII, but I remember those.

I have the PC version, so I don't think getting a Ribbon is impossible for me.

Hmm... the Gigas types of enemies, I don't think they're listed.

Ah...most final bosses of I-V are espers here. And is Evil Eye a monster in XII? EE is a (ridiculously easy) boss in I.
